Zen Internet wins most recommended broadband in Which? survey

Broadband provider Zen Internet has again topped the polls in a recent online survey by Which? for its home broadband service.

The survey of 10,000 Which? members put Zen ahead, with 5 star ratings for customer service, reliability and connection speed.  Zen Internet has been on top over the last five years in Which? surveys.

This year it received an 89 percent satisfaction rating, with O2 and Be broadband in second and third place respectively.  Orange and AOL found themselves at the other end with the lowest satisfaction ratings.

Although at the more expensive end of the market, Zen Internet have been around since 1995, and having won several awards over the years for customer satisfaction and performance, the old cliché that you get what you pay for, appears to rings true.

In a statement, Which? said: “Zen truly deserves its Recommended Broadband Provider status. Zen has been among our top broadband performers since 2005, and this time round received top marks for nearly all individual satisfaction elements”
